The end of the Separation of Church and State

One of the outstanding things that Jesus did was to allow the separation of Church and State.  Instead, he cut right through the middle and said "I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance." Luke 5:32.  Seemingly man gets locked into denomination of  "my space" vs. "your space." To Jesus it didn't matter as it was all His space.  Thus, when he told the crowd
"Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." Matt 22:21 Jesus separated according to entirely different lines than we do today.

The Government would want to govern you, but they can't own you.  They cannot regulate the numbers of breaths you take, the color of your eyes, the numbers of hairs on your head.  Even if your eyes were locked in place by the government such that the entire world was to look upon a single image, all would not perceive the image the same.  In very physical terms, there are varying degrees of color-blindness that would make every person's perception slightly different from another person's perception.  You can render to Caesar that you will look at the image, but not perceive it as they would have you perceive.

The split that Jesus did, therefore was quite different from the one done by man.  The Jesus split says, consider yourself.  Are you Righteous, or not?  You can be a government official, don't care.  You can be a church leader, don't care.  Are you righteous?  If not, you are a sinner and you are called to repentance.  Render to God the things that are God's.

The Government would have us believe that by separating Church and State we have accomplished a 50-50 split of the people, or some other numerical split, that leaves the Religous Group to now have to deal with Rendering Righteousness to God.  That's not the way the split was ever intended.

So, when the Ten Commandments were taken away from the front of a building - did you render to Caesar that these must be separated?  Being part of the "Caesar" group, have you won the day, but been hopelessly lost by putting your spiritual self on hold?  If you were
pro-Ten Commandments monument, consider prayerfully those who walked by - those who ignored it -  seeing, but not perceiving - eyes open, yet blinded by the hardness of their hearts.  Pray that regardless of the monument, that their eyes might be opened.  I commend you for being pro-Ten Commandments, by the way, but having apparently "lost the monument" should be a non-issue as the only true tablets of the Ten Commandments are secure in the Arc of the Covenant.  So, if we consider these to be imitations of the real thing - remember we are not called to idolize anything.  It is the spirit of the Word of God that is powerful and true.

In our hearts, we need to pray for this country.  Pray for its people.  Lord we want you to write the Ten Commandments on our hearts.  In fact Lord, we want all your law, all your grace, all your mercy, all your promises, written on our hearts.  Anything written on a rock it is only
"lights and shadows" but on the heart, it is permanent and true.

The end of things is One World Government, One World Religion, as foretold by the Word.  Therefore, I am considering that the  separation of church and state to be likened to a rubber-band.  Government, abiding by imperfect laws composed by man, is losing the battle to the unseen foe - their own man made laws.  The Government is attempting to pull further and further away from the Word which created them, and it will eventually collapse - like a rubber band.  I guess it's our own version of the Big Bang theory.

One final note, it is hard to push away from God and what He has already ordained for your life.  It's so much easier to come to Him. So long as the separation of Church and State is NOT within you,  so long as your are NOT defeated by Government and policy, so long as your hope is in God, so long as your prayers reach to heaven with Jesus as your intercessor - be ready - we are called to longsuffering.  This is going to be a haul, but our victory is assured, the battle is already won, and your blessing is only a prayer away.
