RISE OF ANTI-CHRIST

According to the Bible, the anti-christ is already here. He has been here
since before Adam and Eve set foot in the Garden of Eden. (Genesis 3:1)
When Jesus came, He had a plan: to expose the anti-christ. (1 John 3:8)
It was a plan that was well executed. Demons were exposed (Matthew 4:1,
John 6:69-70, Matthew 4:24, Matthew 8:16) and Jesus defeated them all with a
Word. Yet, Jesus did not evict them from the world. They are still
here! They will be evicted in the Day of the Lord (Revelation 12:9,
Revelation 20:1-3) and
not before.
That should make you wonder... if demons are here today, where are they and can they affect me? Can I recognize them? What are they preparing for?

Rise of the Kingdom of the antichrist
The rise of the kingdom is covered in the section ONE WORLD. The fall away from the church is covered in the section THE APOSTASY. "For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains (the Holy Spirit) will do so UNTIL He is taken out of the way. And THEN the lawless one (Antichrist) will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. The coming of the lawless one (Antichrist) is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs (miracles), and lying wonders" (2 Thessalonians 2:7-9) Just as Jesus had a birth in Jerusalem, the anti-christ
will have a birth in Assyria. (Micah 5:5) His reign of terror on the earth will be 3.5 years (Revelation 13:5) but this will be after all worldly power has been given up to him (Revelation 17:17). He builds his kingdom by the promise of power to other kingdoms (financial), but he never delivers on the promise. (Revelation 17:12) (Read more here.) The Bible warned us. Jesus warned his disciples directly (Matthew 24:23-24) that there would be many anti-christ's who even claim to be Jesus the Messiah himself. Do not be fooled. When the final anti-christ arrives, he will seek to be worshiped. He will setup an idol (plainly said, it is a statue) of his image (Revelation 13:13-14) in front of which people will worship. Is it any wonder there are statues being worshiped today? Is it any wonder that God said DO NOT ( Exodus 20:4) What is fascinating is the renewed interest in Iraq, i.e. Assyria, the . A war with the U.S. that change the country from a dictatorship to democracy. Within Assyria is the city of Babylon. This city will be destroyed when Jesus returns (Isaiah 13:19-22, Isaiah: 22-27). It was the place of the first uprising against the Lord, the location of the tower of Babel (Genesis 11:1-11). After five thousand years, it is being rebuilt in support of the End Times and the anti-christ. The new Iraq seeks to build the world center of democracy (Revelation 18: 2-8). It is no wonder that the anti-christ will be in the oil-rich fields of Iraq, a national friend of the U.S. because of democracy, able to adjust oil prices and reap the riches of the world. Nations will bow down with a need for oil and will pay great prices. Its no wonder there will be high inflation such that even bread will cost a days wages (Revelation 6:6) when oil prices go through the roof. |
