“I worked with Bill for several years on various large projects in the area of central planning for the IBM ISC Division. Bill was the test manger on all the projects and had to work with folks from around the world and different time zones Each IBM Division had there own local systems and had to feed into a central engine. He developed a complex test schedules via Lotus and was used by the world wide group for Integration Test, UAT Test and also a Operbility test which was used for ensuring the move to production for the install when in with no problems. Bill was on the east caost and I am on the west coast, and during the testing , I had a daily 6:00 am mtg with the group and discussed the testing. With over thirty folks or more on the testing Bill ran a tight ship. Over these years, I learned a lot from Bill both work and personal.
